Shipping:
We use USPS Priority Shipping for customer orders. You will receive USPS tracking for your order once the shipment has been delivered to USPS.
We ship to addresses in the USA only.
We charge a flat shipping fee of $5.00 USD for orders < $50.00 subtotal before sales tax. Orders => $50.00 receive free shipping.
Returns/Exchanges/Damaged and Lost Packages
Unopened/Unused products may be returned for full refund or exchanged for alternative products, customer pays for shipping returns, and difference in cost for exchanges.
Damaged and Lost Orders.
We will replace all products, including shipping for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
Note: IF USPS tracking shows the order was delivered at the shipping address provided by customer, the order is considered delivered, It is the customer's responsibility for the order, after USPS delivers. If USPS does not deliver to a secure location, we suggest you use an address that USPS can deliver to a secure location.
Order Processing and Delivery
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but once an order is shipped, USPS is in control of delivery and length of time for delivery.

All payments will show RME Distribution on your bank/credit card statement.
